Mother Nature decided to give us a break and provide us with absolutely beautiful weather this past weekend for M & E’s wedding at Frogtown Winery up in Dahlonega. You might remember my post from a while back regarding their engagement session. We had to cancel our first date because tornadoes tore through downtown Atlanta. We were barely able to squeeze in a few shots at the Atlanta Botanical Garden in between torrential downpours so I’ll go ahead and be honest…I was slightly worried about the weather for the actual wedding day. :D

But the weather was perfect. And M made an absolutely beautiful bride. She and her new husband are off on their honeymoon this week, though, so I promised not to post her wedding photos until she gets back so she can actually see them. So be sure to check back next week to see the rest!

Summer is almost here, and while I can’t believe almost half the year is gone already I’m also looking forward to some sunshine and warmer temperatures. Until it hits 90 degrees and then I’ll be whining about how hot it is. :D

I have decided to celebrate summer in style, so Eclectic Photo will hold a drawing every month this summer for some fun giveaways! Ok. I have seen my fair share of beautiful baby bellies. Maternity photography makes up the bulk of my portrait business, and I have had the most adorable clients! But this latest session might have been the most photogenic belly I’ve had to date. :D

Ms. K was quite the trooper for our session considering the LANDMINES littered throughout the studio. We’re going through some minor major renovations right now, so the space is a bit of a mess. She maneuvered through the 2×4s and sawdust like a champ, though. And I am really loving the photos from her session. Here are a few of my favorites:
