I’ve had clients bring their fur babies to portrait sessions before.  After all, pets are part of the family!  But this is the first time I’ve ever had a puppy join me during a maternity session.  :D

This little guy was too cute for words, and he was incredibly well-behaved for a four month old.  :)  Seriously…just look at this face…

Isn’t he precious?  He really was the star of the session, and I think you’ll understand why when you see the next photos.

See what I mean?  :D  It was a lot of fun to do something different with this session, and I hope more of my clients bring their furry babies with them.

As you all know, maternity portraits are probably my favorite thing to shoot.  I love the fact that more and more women are choosing to document this stage of their life with professional portraits.  :)

S was just radiant when she walked into the studio, and I knew we were going to have an amazing session together.  She’s expecting her first baby (a girl), and we had a lot of fun together.  Thanks so much for making the drive up to see me!

I feel like all my blog posts start off with “I’m a bad blogger,” so I’m just going to skip that part and get right down to it.  :D

I had the pleasure of photographing S and N’s engagement session a couple weeks ago at Piedmont Park in Atlanta.  We seriously lucked out with the weather, especially considering the fact that we had snow exactly one week before their session.  :D

The warmer temperatures and sunshine brought out my fellow Atlantans in full force, though.  Meaning, the park was PACKED!  It was wall-to-wall people, and I think there were two dogs for every person in attendance at the park that day.  LOL  But it was gorgeous, and S and N were a lot of fun.  So we had a great time.  :)
