I have been having so much fun with these maternity sessions that involve fur babies!  :D  L and T decided to bring their “first born” Newton to their maternity session.  They’re expecting baby #1 soon, so they wanted to include big brother in the photos.  Newton was very cooperative for T whenever he called to him, but that meant he had his back turned to me.  LOL  We still had a great time, and I love the way their photos turned out.

I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I was to work with this family.  S and I emailed back and forth quite a bit during her pregnancy to talk about ideas, etc. for her newborn session.  She’s a teacher but has a background in art, so she had a lot of ideas.  And I love getting creative input from my clients!

We tentatively booked a date just to hold a spot for her, and I was beyond shocked when the baby arrived basically right on schedule!  LOL  So we were able to keep her original appointment.  I’m pretty sure that never happens.  :D

What an adorable family!  And they were all so sweet to work with.  Baby C was wide awake for most of the session, and I swear she knew exactly where the camera was at all times.  She really was incredibly alert for a newborn.  And just oh-so-cute.  See for yourselves.  :)

This little missy decided to show up five weeks early, so she technically wasn’t due for another week when we scheduled her newborn session.  But oh my goodness is she ever cute!

You might remember this family from the “fur baby” maternity session I did with them.  Rocky stole the show, and I was worried he might upstage his little sister during her session.  But the two of them are already best buddies, and they were beyond adorable together.  See?

There were lots and lots of puppy kisses during this session, and this little girl didn’t mind them at all.  In fact, she seemed to love the attention!  It really was so sweet.
