Policies.

• The session fee includes Kelly's time and talent and is due at the time of the session. It does not include any prints with the exception of certain said specials.
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will re-schedule as our calendar permits. The session fee will be due at the time of re-scheduling if it has not been previously paid.
• All sessions are scheduled by appointment only.
• We require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your session date. The booking fee must be received within five days of you calling to schedule your session. For your convenience, you may pay the booking fee with a credit card or personal check. Please visit our Sessions page for more information on paying the booking fee.
• Proofs will be available within one week after your photo session. You will have roughly 50 proofs to view in a password protected online gallery. Galleries are posted for two weeks. There is a $25 reposting fee for galleries that have expired.
• Prints and custom products may be ordered through our secure online galleries. We accept all major credit cards as payment for your print orders. If you choose to have your order shipped directly to you there is a flat $5.75 shipping fee on prints up to 8x10. Prints 11x14 and larger have a $2.50 handling fee. If you choose to pick up your order directly from us shipping is complimentary.
• All portraits are retouched, removing minor blemishes. Additional charges may apply for more extensive retouching. Glass glare is not considered minor retouching, but may be removed for an additional fee.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Reorders are available subject to current pricing.
• Prints and custom products are non-refundable due to the nature of the item.
• 7% Georgia Sales Tax is applicable on all orders.
• Cash, checks, and PayPal are all accepted for session fee payments. We accept all major credit cards for your print and custom product orders.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed.
• Cameras, camcorders, or recording devices of any kind are not permitted during your photographic session.
• All images remain the property of Eclectic Photo and are protected by federal copyright laws. Copying of any kind without permission is strictly prohibited.
